i want you to be happy with your purchase. if you are uncertain about your purchase, please pause prior to buying the item. contact me to inquire about the piece. i'm happy to take additional photos, videos, make an appointment. i want you to be in love with your jewelry. if you are a wardrobe stylist, please see my stylist policy below.

return policy

i have a 14 day return policy for full priced items; you have 14 days after delivery of your order to begin the return process.
items that have discounted may not be eligible for return or exchange.
to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unaltered, unworn or unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging.
you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

to start a return, contact me at trop.jeune.pas.riche@gmail.com. you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. all being returned must be insured for the full purchase price, have a signature requirement and tracking. items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

exchanges

the fastest solution is to exchange the item you have and select another item. just mention the item you want in your return request, so i can reserve it for you.

damages and issues

antique and vintage items often have naturally flaws which give them beauty. these flaws have noted in the description and shown in the photos, please take time to inspect pieces and ask for additional photos before purchase. inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item has additional defects, is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. just email me and i will correct the issue.

exceptions / non-returnable items

certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products and discounted items (sale or special offers). please email me if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. refunds are not accepted on gift cards.

refunds

i will notify you once i’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. once approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

repairs

antique and vintage items are many times delicate and have been passed down through many hands to find their way to you. daily wear is not always advised and all jewelry must be treated with care to be enjoyed for years and generations. i will do everything possible to find a solution to any purchases needing repair. not all repairs will be possible and not all possible repairs will be without cost. please email me at trop.jeune.pas.riche@gmail.com if you have any purchased item needing repair; we will find a solution.

stylist policy

i worked for many years in los angeles with stylists and these interactions were some of my favorite moments. i know that it may be difficult to select pieces for projects with the many options, the tight budgets and the fast paced schedules of fittings. please email me at trop.jeune.pas.riche@gmail.com to discuss working together on projects or for personal clients. i'd be delighted to assist you.

shipping

to reduce impact on the planet, i prefer to ship ground and want to reduce returns. in the future, i will be offering an option to off set the carbon for your purchase. all orders will arrive in beautiful post-consumer packaging, insured for the full purchase value and require a signature. for domestic united states orders, ups is my preferred carrier. if you need to use usps, please contact me at trop.jeune.pas.riche@gmail.com or include instructions in your orders.

domestic united states orders

all purchases over $200 before tax include free ground shipping via ups. maximum 4 to 5 business days based on distance from philadelphia. you will receive prompt emails with shipping information and updates. for orders under $200 before tax a $15 shipping charge for ground will apply.
orders that need to arrive quicker are subject to a $45 shipping charge for ups 2 day air or next day air saver.
please choose the ground option if you can, its better for the planet.

international shipping

all purchases are subject to shipping fees based on your location as well as the weight of the package. you will have options from ups and usps. please select an economy option where possible, its better for the planet. contact me for a discount to cover the cost of the economy shipping.
all packages will be declared at the full purchase price and will require a signature.
customers will be responsible for any tariffs upon arrival. abandoned items will not be refunded.
